Delivery Information
At Tinnakeenly Leathers we aim to deliver your goods anywhere in Europe within 5 - 10 days of receiving your order, although this can take longer due to circumstances beyond our control. You will be contacted if for any reason part or all of your order cannot be fulfilled withinthis time.
Delivery times for overseas orders normally take upto 14 days. Should we be unable to ship your order within this time frame for any reason, we will contact you to discuss the matter. Or if you require a courier service, please let us know and we can arrange for faster delivery if needed.
Please note that we do not process payment for orders unless the item is in stock and the order is released from our workshops in Ireland. All orders are processed with the Protex encryption technology to ensure that any information you transmit during the ordering process is secure. We reserve the right not to accept your order at our own discretion.
Delivery charges:
All delivery and packaging charges are included in the price of each item.
VAT & Customs Duties
Value Added Tax is charged on most goods and services within the European Union. Irish VAT is currently 21% and is included in all product prices displayed on the Tinnakeenly leathers Web Site.
Customs Information for Overseas Orders
Orders despatched outside Ireland and the European Union may be subject to local taxes and customs. Customs forms for all international packages list the value of the contents as well as a description of the items. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your country must be paid by the recipient. Your local customs office will be able to provide further information.
Guarantee and returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return or exchange them, please fill out the Return/Exchange Form enclosed with your original shipment and return the item WITHIN 7 Days of purchase in its original box and in saleable condition.
When exchanging items, please indicate the item with which you would like to replace it with. Please include the model number, color, size, etc.
All Tinnakeenly leather products are created with pride by master craftspeople and each piece has unique characteristics and imperfections that are inherent to the properties of leather. We hope that your Tinnakeenly leather product will bring you years of enjoyment and will improve with age.
Please note that we are unable to accept any returns or exchange on any Bespoke merchandise.

Returned packages must be shipped pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks after the receipt of the item(s). Tinnakeenly leathers will pay the outbound shipping charges for orders being processed as exchanges.
Credit for returns will be given for the merchandise total only and does not include shipping and handling charges.
Refunds will be given for the price indicated on your receipt. Gift returns will be refunded via check to the gift recipient. Credits on returned or exchanged merchandise will be refunded to the original credit card only. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Please allow 12 business days from the day you return your package for your exchange to be processed.
